I am a 2017 SUNY Cortland graduate with a degree in Exercise Science. In addition to being an NCCPT certified personal trainer, I am also a volunteer Little League baseball coach. My knowledge of anatomy and physiology — as well as nutrition in relation to sports performance — and my passion for fitness make me a great candidate to lead people towards their performance goals. My specialties include athletic performance training and HIIT training. Athletic performance training is a great tool for the athlete looking to boost power, speed, strength, and all other components that will help an athlete continue on the path towards reaching their physical goals.
