Instructor Claudia Teicher holds a 200 hour certification from OM yoga, under the tutelage of Cyndi Lee.
For the past 18 years, she’s helped many on their yogic journey, studied with teachers of various styles and has assisted in numerous workshops and teacher trainings, including our own at Club Fit.
In her spare time, Claudia organizes and oversees Yoga retreats in Mexico, New York and is working towards completion of her 500 hours.
“Everything is breath and alignment. Using those tools we can ride longer, safer and still work out hard and get results. Breath and movement are rhythmic and like music, can intensify the workout, creating a flow that drives the ride from start to finish.”
