Diana Morgan, OTR/L, E-RYT, is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist since 1979 and 200-Hour experienced Registered Yoga Teacher since 2012. She discovered yoga after open-heart surgery in 2006 and surgeon Dr. Memhet Oz recommended yoga to help heal and restore her health. Her new found love of yoga has guided her on a path with many journeys, retreats (Belize, Provence- France) and workshops with extraordinary yoga instructors including and not limited to Tao Porchon Lynch, Renee Diamond, Rodney Yee & Colleen Saidman, Marcia Miller, Beryl Bender Birch, Bonnie Ringer, Tara Stiles, Rudy Pierce, Leslie Kaminoff, Doug Swensen, Rochelle Spooner, Eileen Polletta, Gwen Lawrence, Jennifer Cohen Harper, Jeff Migdow, Deirdre Breen, Shari Friedrichsen, Todd Norian, and Daniel Orlansky.

Additional trainings include Power Yoga for Sports, Reiki level 1 and level 2, pre-natal and Yoga and Mindfulness for Children.

Diana views yoga as a self- care healing practice that promotes a balance of strength, flexibility and a calm clear mind for peace and tranquility.
