My passion and enthusiasm for fitness have grown tremendously over the past few years of my own journey. I want to share with others the same joy that health and fitness bring me, while helping them realistically achieve and maintain their goals. Although I’m new to the fitness industry, I am extremely enthusiastic and I’m confident that based on my education and my own experiences, I can help others reach their goals.

• B.A. in Communication from The University of Tampa
• NASM CPT
• CPR/AED certified
• Pain-Free Performance Specialist

Strength/Resistance Training, HIIT, Circuit Training

Hobbies:
Spending Time Outdoors, Hiking, Watching Movies, Painting, Singing/Playing Guitar, & Eating
