Tai Chi for Wellness, **Briarcliff Aquatics**.

I started as a certified aquatic instructor with Club Fit over 30 years ago.  The class I teach is an all around water fitness class.  It covers many different techniques, such as stretching, walking, yoga, pilates, balance & tai chi.   This class offers a complete workout without any stress on the body.  I am very proud to be part of the Club Fit team!
