Fitness is a never ending journey. I first fell in love with working out when I played football my junior year of high school. I came to realize I liked lifting weights more than playing football. Since then it has become a therapy and outlet from the sometimes harsh realities of life that we all have to face. The best part of starting your fitness journey is that the work you put in will reflect the results that follow. There’s no getting around hard work and discipline. I’ve always believed that you should put max effort into anything you do. What’s great about effort is that no one can judge the amount you’re putting in and only you can gauge it. Changing people’s lives the way fitness has changed mine is my passion, and what drives me to be the best. I want to make you stronger not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. I want to teach you that you can conquer any of life’s obstacles with discipline and maximum effort. Two things I took away from being in the Marine Corps were that you should give your best at all times and hold yourself to a higher standard than everyone else. My promise is to give my best at all times and uphold a higher standard to make you a better and more confident version of yourself.
