Karen has been working in the fitness industry for 15 years. She is an ACE certified personal trainer and AFAA certified group fitness instructor. In addition, Karen has been a certified spin instructor for over 10 years. As an avid runner Karen realized that she needed to add to her workout regime and begain taking pilates classes. She fell in love with pilates as a student and decided she wanted to help others discover the benefits as well. Karen completed the Power Pilates teaching program in NYC with an advanced apparatus certification. Her goal for her students is to inspire them toward living a healthy, active, fulfilling and powerful lives.
