Hi, I’m Mary Ann Helf, Sports and Camp Director here at Club Fit Jefferson Valley. I’ve had the pleasure of being part of a few different departments and experiencing many facets of the club throughout my 20 plus years of working here. I enjoy putting together many of the children’s program we offer at Club Fit. I feel it is so important to instill the joy of being involved in sports and activities in our youth. My three children grew up participating in many of the programs here and are still active in sports today.
