I am a fitness enthusiast with the devotion to assist others to find balance and better their overall health. My experience as a competitor and trainer has afforded me the ability to develop a solid skill set to help clients make change and achieve their goals. My specialty is increasing total work output in an enjoyable way, while motivating and challenging clients to move past their comfort zones. A constant goal is for my clients to accept that there is no such thing as a set trajectory. We keep working and grit it out. There will be change; it won’t take forever, it might take longer than desired, but there will be change.

Philosophy of Fitness:
“If you only walk on sunny days you’ll never reach your destination.” –Paulo Coelho
“I started my fitness journey with Michelle Gonzalez in October 2017 after fully recovering from my hip replacement. I was embarrassed about my weight and really needed guidance so I was thrilled to work with Michelle on my training and nutrition. Over the past two years, Michelle has been so encouraging and patient with me. She lifted my confidence and always pushes me to the next level. I was extremely happy when I saw the weight start to come off and my ability at the gym go through the roof. She encouraged me to take classes at the gym to build my strength – I now do several weight training/endurance classes a week – 3 with her guidance and 1 we actually work out together. She helped me break my weight plateau – both of us would not give up until it happened. With our persistence and her constant flow of positivity, knowledge of nutrition and exercise, I have done it – I am actually below my goal and so happy. I am 60 years old and stronger today than I was at 40! The day I met Michelle Gonzalez, my life changed and I am eternally grateful for her! I am not done yet, I plan on continuing my training and nutrition with Michelle to become even stronger building my strength and stamina taking me into my next decade and beyond.” – Annette Procida
