I am a former 3 sport athlete before I concentrated my focus on baseball. I starting weight training when I was a freshman in high school and continue to work hard each and every day. I graduated college in 3 years and received a degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education. I’ve been a personal trainer for over 20 years training people ranging from 7 years old to people in their mid-90’s. I got into health and fitness to help as many people as I possibly could, reach or exceed their goals. I focus each session/class and workout on total body muscular balance. I never have a session where you focus on one or two body parts. Muscular balance and proper technique will reduce your risk for injuries and keep you performing day in and day out.

  • I.S.S.A. Certified Fitness Trainer
  • Parisi Performance Coach
  • CPR/AED Certified

Hobbies:
Sports, spending time with my family, traveling and building Legos

Where there’s a will there’s a way. Fitness is a marathon, you can’t rush it, you have to maintain it for life.
