This Accountability Challenge offers you hard and fast results. Whatever your goal is depends on you. You will be provided with nutrition tips, a suggested macronutrient count to use in a calorie tracker app (MyFitnessPal or Cronometer) and a daily fat burning workout. In addition to the workout, you will have two forty-five minute full body strength classes provided each week by Master Trainer Michelle Gonzalez and Personal Trainer Kevin Anton.
