Bands & Breathing is a 45-minute full body workout combining the intensity of band work with breath work and meditation. The structure of this class is 30 minutes of bands followed by 15 minutes of meditation to end the class. You will learn a plethora of band workouts for your upper and lower body, as well as learn proper technique and form. Finally, you will also learn simple breath work that can be done anywhere and any place. The goal of this class is to push you physically and mentally, while leaving you feeling calm and present. Get ready to work out your body, mind and heart!
