A Full Body Strength program, maximizing your metabolic rate by lifting weights, resistance bands, steps, benches, bars and more. These classes will feature combination moves, strength/cardio moves and High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.). These programs can be modified for anyone who might need less impact, more or less intensity, even different exercises for members with joint impingements.
