Some of us follow our fitness paths with one goal: push ourselves to the limit, and then push further. Drive Endure is designed exactly for those individuals who love to push the limits. This program is targeted to help improve both cardiovascular and anaerobic glycolytic function in the body.
Drive Endure will help you work towards maintaining a high level of performance for an extended period of time. You will improve bodily functions, such as lowering resting heart rate and improving cardiovascular efficiency.
Advanced endurance training, body weight and weight training methods are used in this class to give an ultra-high calorie burning workout. The ultimate goal of this program is to increase cardiovascular abilities, otherwise known as our VO2 max, as well as anaerobic ability, known as lactate threshold. Drills, mechanics and applications will first be used to help you perform and move at better and faster levels. Once those are attained, the main goal is simple: increase ability to maintain performance levels.
Drive Endure trainers have experience in various endurance settings. They use their experience to help push your limits and gauge success through interval time trials, endurance tests, and other methods of gauging both aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
Members may sign up 22 hours prior to the start of every class via our member self-service portal, visiting the Reception Desk or calling the club. Classes have limited space and are capped at 15 participants.
