Healthy Habits Challenge. Get Lean During Quarantine.

Details:

  • 6 Week Program | August 1st – September 12th
  • Two Weekly 1 Hour classes | Mondays & Wednesdays at 5 pm | Outside under the tent
  • Weekly 10 min diet planning with each participant via Zoom or Google Hangouts
  • This program is open to everyone! You do not have to be part of our Phased-In Exercise program to participate

Purpose:

  • Promote healthier eating
  • Encourage Physical Activity

Criteria for “Winning”:

  • Winners are determined by percentage of total weight loss not number of pounds lost. Prizes will be E-cash or discount on personal training.
  • A person weighing 280 pounds can lose 2-3 pounds per week while a person weighing 180 pounds would be expected to lose no more than 1- 2 pounds per week.

Example Calculation:

  1. Beginning Weight – Ending Weight = Pounds Lost
  2. (Pounds Lost ÷ Beginning Weight) X 100 = % Weight Lost
