4 Week Session- March 15–April 5 | Mondays: 5:30–6:30pm
Looking to play lacrosse or improve your skill? Coach Cathy’s class will have drills to go over necessary skills needed to make an impact on your game. You will learn field awareness and game play along with the rules of the game.
Ages 10-12. You will need to bring your own stick, mouth guard and eye goggles.
Coach Cathy, a wife and mother of 5, has been involved with sports her entire life; playing Field Hockey and Lacrosse throughout High School and College. Cathy was a Physical Ed Major at SUNY Cortland and taught Physical Ed for 11 years at Marymount College. She has also coached Girls Varsity Lacrosse at John Jay Katonah and Field Hockey at Ossining HS. Her experience and teaching ability make her an excellent instructor for your child.
