Mudd-Up or Shudd-Up is a combination of body weight circuits and Tabata style training that prepares you for that gut-wrenching obstacle course races. This class will challenge your physical and mental toughness, and force you to push past your expectation and limitation. If you enjoy the thrill of being “tortured” you have what it takes.
