Jabs ‘n Abs is a specialty class for all fitness levels that focuses on short intervals of boxing and plyometrics, combined with core movements. Vigorous intervals of boxing, kickboxing and ab drills will burn calories, build strength and develop core. Bags and gloves are used during these classes. Gloves are available at the club by first come first serve, however we recommend that you purchase your own.
