“Liv Strong” is a female-driven program that focuses on goal setting, fitness and mindfulness. This program is designed to help young females, between the ages of 13 and 17, find confidence in the fitness world while learning about new activities they may not have tried before. All classes are broken down to help teach the importance of living a balanced and healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. Above all, self-love and empowerment is key.
Being strong isn’t about how much you can lift. It’s about finding your voice. It’s about getting lost in something you’re passionate about and doing it to the best of your ability. It’s about supporting others around you. It’s about setting
goals and realizing that you may not reach all of them on the first try, but having the confidence to try again. And, most importantly, being strong is about feeling empowered to love yourself, your body, and your mind. Find your strength in “Liv Strong.”
