Everyone must wear their Myzone belts in the free interval class. We will focus on 20 exercise intervals with 30 seconds in between each exercise. These exercises will take you through all of the zones, to help improve your cardiovascular system. All levels are welcome in this free, fun, and heart-pounding class.
