Youth Total Conditioning is designed to get our youth off of the sofa, off of electronics, and into having physical fun while getting fit! This program develops good exercise habits and awareness of nutrition, as well as addressing “off-the-field” challenges that face our youth today. Working with our Personal Trainers in this class will not only be fun, but it will also educate your child on the proper ways to exercise and get healthy! Our Trainers will incorporate a number of exercises, as well as speed techniques, to give your child the edge over opponents and reach the athletic ability they have been striving for.
