Pilates Sculpt is a total body strength and stretching exercise routine with deep core activation emphasis. All muscle groups are targeted while strengthening and increasing flexibility using Pilates bands and rings. Correct muscle movement patterns are incorporated using a flowing sequence of exercises. With continued practice, strength and flexibility as well as posture and a lengthened spine with core strength are improved.
