Week 1 – Focus is Basketball, dribble skills and ball control, followed by shooting drills.
Week 2 – Focus is High Intense energy, children will participate in warm up exercise, and then play games ranging from Freeze Noodle Tag, to Pac Man, to Ladder Relay Races and more. This week will be high energy and exercise for the children using different games.
Week 3 – Focus in Recess games, includes kickball, dodgeball, running bases. Warm up exercise followed by the games.
Week 4 – Its fall, so lets Football! Focus on agility and speed, while also working on hand eye coordination.
