Looking to compliment your cardio? This class is a great way to define and sculpt your body! With focus on isolation exercises using free weights or body weight, get ready to challenge your body. You’ll be guided through a complete workout with a dynamic warm-up, circuit training, cardio exercises, weight and bodyweight movement, core training and some stretching to finish you off. All levels are welcome.
