Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, improves balance, flexibility and core stability for members of all fitness levels. TRX performance training leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.
Classes are offered daily in the Fitness Center. FREE to members. Class size is limited to 6 participants.
