The Quickstart 10 and Under Program is designed for our youngest players to learn and develop the fundamentals needed in order to build a strong foundation. Players will have fun and achieve early success. Our curriculum includes basic coordination such as tracking the ball, movement patterns, stroke development and basic tactics. Students will progress through the program while developing a love for the game.
Our Beginner Program is designed for players between the ages of 10-14. Players will learn and develop the fundamentals needed in order to build a strong foundation. Our students have fun while learning and achieving early success. The curriculum includes basic coordination skills, movement patterns, stroke development, basic point play strategy and mental toughness.
Our Intermediate Program is designed for players who have progressed through the Quickstart 10 and Under or Beginner programs. Players have developed the basic fundamentals and have the foundation to learn at a more advanced level. The goals of the students are to continue on their developmental pathway to the competitive programs while learning how to achieve success in match play.
Junior Competitive Programs – 12 & Under and 14 & Under
The Competitive Program is designed for players looking to play high school tennis and USTA sanctioned tournaments. It is a more intense program that focuses on developing strong match play habits and mental toughness. Players will develop the technical, mental and physical skills necessary for competition. All players must participate in our Friday night match play practice at least once per month.
Varsity & Junior Varsity
The Junior Varsity/Varsity Program is designed for players preparing for their high school teams. The program is run with high intensity and focus on developing strong match play habits and mental toughness. Players will develop the technical, mental and physical skills necessary to excel in competition.
Junior Academy Program – USTA Tournament Training
Our Junior Academy is a high performance program designed specifically for players looking to compete in high level national tournaments and college tennis. It is a high intensity program that focuses on developing strong match habits. Players will work on and develop the mental, physical, technical and strategic skills necessary to compete at the highest levels. All players must participate on both days and compete in at least one USTA sanctioned tournament per month.
Junior Ladder Match Play
Our Junior Ladder Match Play is set in a very social atmosphere, promoting friendly competition in a supervised environment. Each week, players will have set matches and the results will be posted in the Tennis office. By participating in the ladder, players get the chance to have fun, practice and socialize. Pizza will be served to all participants. At the end of the session, trophies will be presented to the top players.
