This co-ed program is designed to focus on developing basketball skills as well as sport specific conditioning. Learn basketball the fun and right way! These will cover — but are not limited to — speed and agility, shooting, passing, dribbling, and game play.
Intro To Sports
This program for ages 3–5 features a variety of sports, including Lacrosse, T-ball, Soccer, Basketball and Floor Hockey. Suitable for ALL skill levels.
Junior Development Tennis
Our goal is for each student to have fun and enjoy being on the court while learning and developing their game.
Training in Karate offers many physical benefits: enhanced strength, fitness and stamina, grace and fighting ability, as well as mental and spiritual benefits. Skills taught will include stances, blocks, punches and kicks, but you will also learn balance and coordination, and how to flow smoothly from one movement to the next. The class is open to practitioners of any level, and participants will be able to progress to the next appropriate belt.
Kids Swim Lessons
Make sure your whole family practices water safety. We have lessons for 6-month-olds through adults — all our swim instruction is American Red Cross certified. Kids younger than 14 years old can use our lap pool if they have passed a lap swim evaluation.

Parents, enjoy a night out while your kids enjoy a fun theme night in our Energy Center!
Ramped Up Phys. Ed
Come try this new program with John. Each week will focus on different games and sports. This program runs monthly.
Schools Out Camp
School’s out, and you need a safe and fun place for your child. Our Club Fit School’s Out Program offers your son or daughter a day full of activity. Basketball, kickball, pillow hockey, soccer and swimming are just a few of the fun activities in which they can participate!
Step Up Your Sports
This program for ages 5–7 features a variety of sports, including Lacrosse, T-ball, Soccer, Basketball and Floor Hockey.
