Finding The App

Open the App Store/ Google Play Store and search for
Club Fit NY in the search bar.

Logging In

Here’s how to log in for the first time either online or on the App. Once you have created an account, you can use that to log in to both Club Automation Online and the Club Fit NY App.

1. Upon entering the app, you will be prompted to enter a  username and password. Speak to a Club Fit staff member to be provided with your username and a temporary password.

2. Once logged in for the first time, you will be prompted to  allow or deny notification alerts, location services, and face  or touch ID. 

3. Click continue and you will be on the home page and ready to use the new Club Fit app!

CHECKING CLASS SCHEDULES

You can reserve your spot in Group Fitness classes, and reserve courts for Tennis, and Lap Lanes for swimming.

VIEWING & BOOKING CLASSES

1. Click the ACTIVITIES tab on the bottom menu.
2. Select the CLASS you want to book a spot for.
3. Click BOOK CLASSES.
4. Click CONFIRM BOOKING.

Please note at Jefferson Valley booking classes is only required for specfic classes.

RESERVATIONS FOR COURTS & LANES

1. Select the MORE tab on the bottom menu in the lower
     right corner.
2. Click RESERVATIONS.
3. Select the DEPARTMENT you want to make the reservation
      for in  the drop down.
4. Select Court/Lane or leave as any.
5. Select the DURATION.
6. Select the DATE you would like to make a reservation for.
7. Click the TIME.
8. Click GO TO CHECKOUT.
9. Click RESERVE and then you’re all set!

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I download the Club Fit app?

To download the app. Visit the App Store for iPhone users or the Google Play Store for Android users. Search “Club Fit” and click the download icon. Once the app is downloaded, you will need to open it and set up an account. Please be advised that you will need either Data or WiFi to download and use the Club Fit App.

Can I download the app on a Nook, Kindle, or iPad?

The Nook and Kindle cannot support the app, however the iPad does allow the app to be downloaded.*(Formatting on the iPad will look different from the iPhone version.)

How do I login for the first time?

1. Upon entering the app, you will be prompted to provide a username and password. Your username will be your First Initial followed by your Last Name:
– Example: Chris Smith
– Username: Csmith

2. Click on “Forgot Password.” This will prompt you to send an email to yourself to reset your password for the new Club Fit App.

3. Once you have reset your password, return to the app and login! You’re all set!

I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Double-check your username and password. If needed, reset your password or contact Club Fit staff for assistance.

How do I book a class?

Go to the schedule tab, select your desired class, and tap “Book.”

When does booking open?
  • Swim Lanes: 24 Hours Advanced Booking (Total limit of 60 minutes of reservations per day)
  • Group Fitness Classes: 22 Hours Advanced Booking
  • Tennis: 7 Days in Advance of 12:30PM
  • Tennis (Indoor): 1 Day in Advance at 6PM (JV Only)

How do I view my membership details?

Go to your profile or account section to see your membership type, status, and renewal date.

Can I update my billing information?

Yes—navigate to “Payment Methods” in your account settings.

Where can I see my past payments?

Your billing history is available under the “Billing” or “Transactions” section.

Can I check in using the app?

Yes—use the digital membership card or barcode within the app.

How do I receive notifications & reminders?

Enable push notifications in your phone settings to receive reminders and updates.

Check that notifications are enabled both in the app and your device settings.
