Parents get time to enjoy the club while kids get a space of their own. Little ones can explore, play and enjoy quiet activities in the Nursery, while bigger kids can move, play games and hang out in the Energy Gym and E-room.

Energy Center

Kids can move between our Energy Gym and E-room. From sports and inflatables to dancing, air hockey and games, there are plenty of ways to stay active and have fun.

Parent FAQs

Quick answers about visits, food, pickup, time limits and more.

The Nursery is designed for Club Fit's youngest children, ages 4 and under.
The maximum stay per Nursery visit is two hours. Parents must remain in the building.
Food is not permitted in the Nursery. A labeled drink is welcome.
Diapering is not provided. Parents should respond promptly when paged if their child needs a diaper change.
Alternate pickup arrangements require permission from the parent or guardian.
Children who continue crying for more than approximately 15 minutes will need to be picked up by their parent.
The maximum Energy Center stay is three hours.
Sneakers or other closed-toed shoes must be worn in the Energy Center Gym. Socks are required on the inflatables.
Electronic devices such as phones, tablets and video games are not permitted during a child's Energy Center visit.
Children who need to eat may do so in the Party Room.
Alternate pickup must be authorized by the parent or guardian. Please provide permission to the Energy Center team.
