At the beginning of each month, membership dues are charged through electronic funds transfer (EFT). Returned payments, checks or credit cards are subject to a $20 service fee.

Annual membership payments are also accepted.

A $50 enrollment fee is charged when additional family members are added to an existing membership.

Billing on multi-player memberships will default to the appropriate new membership-type billing rate.

Membership transfers are permitted subject to the terms of your Club Fit membership agreement.

Members wishing to voluntarily resign must provide written notice. Notice may be submitted by email, letter or by visiting a Club Experience Advisor and completing the appropriate form.

Cancellation requests must be received within Club Fit's stated monthly deadline to avoid renewal for the following month's membership dues.

If a request is received after the deadline, membership will be canceled at the end of the following month.

Upon cancellation, guest passes, join date, future milestone rewards and the member's existing membership rate are forfeited. Rejoining in the future will require payment of the applicable enrollment fee.

Membership dues are subject to change with 60 days written notice. Other charges and fees are subject to change without prior notification.

Membership dues are not dependent upon the availability of every Club Fit facility at all times or on a member's frequency of use.

Certain equipment or facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, holidays, staff development days, events or other operational needs.

Club membership rights, rules and hours of operation are subject to reasonable change.

Failure to follow Club Fit policies and rules, or conduct deemed inappropriate by Club Fit, may result in immediate membership termination subject to the terms of the membership agreement.

House charge privileges can be used for most purchases throughout Club Fit. Simply provide your name at the point of purchase and applicable charges will be collected through your monthly EFT.

A Club Experience Advisor can help arrange this option. Members can also review account history through the Club Fit member portal.

E-cash works like money within Club Fit and may be placed on a membership account for eligible purchases. It may come from a gift card or from promotional Club Fit credit.

Promotional e-cash expires three months from the date of issue and cannot be applied toward membership fees. Purchased e-cash expires 12 months from the date of purchase and may be applied toward membership fees.

E-cash cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward a past-due balance.

Club Fit offers facilities for a wide range of ages, though certain areas and amenities are only appropriate for adults. Club Fit reserves the right to establish age-based rules and restrictions for junior members.

Junior conduct in shared club areas must be appropriate for the comfort of all members. Reduced guest fees are available for children under 12.

Juniors turning age 22 while on a Family Membership must transition to a separate membership.
