Club Fit Executive Team

Bill Beck | President | 914-250-2744

Hi and welcome to Club Fit.  I’ve worked at Club Fit since I was in High School in Yorktown over 35 years ago.  I love the work we do and the communities we serve.  The business has evolved and grown so much over the years thanks to the incredible staff we’ve been lucky to have on board.  We’re here to help inspire and guide you to becoming your best self.  Exercise, diet and sleep are vitally important to your journey.  Let us help you become the best version of yourself you can be.  As for me – I live locally and exercise most days of the week doing cardio and weight training.  When not in the club you can often find me hiking the beautiful trails of Westchester with my wife.

Ellen Koelsch | Vice President

I grew up in the business and now work to continue to offer health clubs that are sure to encourage community and honest relationships with customers along with top notch staff, facilities, and programming. For me, my time spent exercising at the club is good for my state of mind; and ensures I will be able to live my life skiing, gardening, and being with friends and family stronger and more confidently. Currently I focus my business time on finding opportunities to improve the member experience and staff energy. I implement new and improved business solutions while ensuring a strong commitment to improving our community’s health and well-being. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with ideas to improve the Club Fit experience.

Ted Gilsinger | Briarcliff General Manager | 914-488-2168

Welcome, and thank you for joining us today at Club Fit. My name is Ted, and I am the General Manager here at Briarcliff. Being active has always been my best medicine. As a kid I always needed to be involved in sports and recreation. It gave me a refreshing feeling and settled my mind for better concentration when I needed it. Youth sports and college athletics are behind me now, but I still need that regular activity to keep me feeling good. I enjoy a good sunrise run and free weights when I am not chasing my daughter all around. Continuation of an active lifestyle is a success! Only 13% of the population in this country is active and you are one of them. Congratulations and thank you for doing it at Club Fit.

Lynne Welling | JV General Manager | 914-250-2746

Shortly thereafter, I began my journey in a handful of different roles at the club; from spin instructor to personal trainer and more. I have always been active and enjoy being outdoors year round. Club Fit has enabled me to do just that as my workouts and interests have evolved over the years. My newest passion is tennis, which I began playing a few years ago. I am grateful for having this club community of peers and members who inspire me daily. Please feel free to stop by and say hello. I would be happy to exchange stories, discuss fitness goals, and show you all that we have to offer!
