Club Fit Jefferson Valley's After School Program gives school-aged children a fun and safe place to spend the afternoon after a full day of school.
The program is available to children enrolled in Kindergarten through age 12 who have a Club Fit membership and attend one of our participating elementary schools. From downtime and snacks to sports, activities and time with friends, there is always something happening after the final school bell rings.

Pickup by 7:00 PM.
Due with registration. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Getting registered is easy.
There are a few items we'll need before your child's registration is complete.
Complete Registration
Submit the After School registration form below with your child's program information.
Send Required Records
Complete the transportation consent forms and provide a copy of your child's current physical and immunization records to the Sports Department.
Complete the District Form
Families utilizing Lakeland transportation should also complete the district's Alternate Site Form and mark Attn: Paul at the top.
Required forms and documents
Along with the registration form and Transportation Consent Forms which need to be completed and confirmed received by the Sports Department, we will need a copy of your child's physical including immunizations. In addition to registering with us, please visit the Lakeland School District Transportation page and complete the Alternate Site Form, marking Attn: Paul at the top of the page.
School's Out Days
When Lakeland School District is closed for a scheduled day on the district calendar, Club Fit offers a separate School's Out Camp filled with sports, games, swimming, crafts and more.
School's Out registration and payment are separate from the After School Program.

Things To Know
- Please do not bring toys from home to the After School Program.
- Club Fit is not responsible for internet content accessed by a child.
- Siblings will be grouped together when appropriate.
- We are a nut-aware program.
- Children will be asked not to play on their Chromebooks.
- Immunization records dated within the past 12 months must be provided.
- Please label all belongings.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.

If your child is enrolled in another Club Fit activity after school, please inform John Rotando or an Energy Center staff member.
Snacks
Children may bring a snack or purchase one at Club Fit. Please do not send your child with cash.

Weather & Early Dismissals
Parents should be prepared to pick up their child within approximately 90 minutes of a weather-related school closure.
Membership & Siblings
Participation in the After School Program requires a Club Fit membership.
