Party planning made easy.
A few quick things to know before everyone arrives.
- Send a copy of the party waiver with your invitations.
- Bring the birthday cake (if you choose not to have one supplied by us).
- Bring candles and matches for the cake.
- Table Clothes are not provided. Bring 3-6 rectangular tableclothes to decorate your tables (depending on guest list size).
- Bring themed tableclothes for the goody bag and gift tables if desired. (Solid white is provided).
- Bring themed plates and cups if you wish (Solid white is provided)
- Bring party favors if you would like to provide them. We have party favors available. We can supply Energy backpacks and water bottles for an additional fee
- Label all personal items to help prevent mix-ups.
- Bring any special cake or food serving utensils you may need.
- Confirm your final guest count with the party coordinator.
- You may bring themed tablecloths, plates and cups if desired.
- Solid white paper goods are available.
- Party decorations and specialty supplies are the host’s responsibility.
- Plan to arrive approximately 15 to 20 minutes early to set up and personalize your space.
- Party hosts help lead activities and keep the celebration moving.
- Our hosts will serve food and cake.
- Special requests may be considered with the party planner.
- Tipping your party host for a job well done is always appreciated.
- Cancellations made within 21 days of the party date: 30% of the payment is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date: no refunds will be issued, but the party can be rescheduled to a later date.
