Our campers build friendships while engaging in a multitude of activities. Our camp schedule includes outside play at our tent (gaga, four square, kickball, basketball, arts and crafts, chalk, etc.), gymnasium play (capture the flag, basketball, soccer, running games), and energy center play. In the morning campers will participate in specialty classes once a week such as: UMAC (Martial Arts), Zumba, Yoga and Meditation, and cycle. The afternoon will focus on Club Fit summer camp specialties: Daily swim is offered to everyone. Tennis is played once a week, and bounce houses pump up the afternoons!  Specialty day activities that will take place once a summer and may include; talent show, color war, field day, wet and wacky water day, Halloween themes, Movie and PJ day!

• Drop off in the morning at 9:30 am at the tent.
• Pick up at 4 pm at the tent.
• Early Drop Off: 8:00am – 9:00am in the Energy Center, $10 per day for members, child of members, and non-members.
• Late Pick Up until 6:00pm FREE TO MEMBERS | $10 per day for Non-Members.
•Morning and afternoon snack daily are included daily. Friday Pizzeria Pizza lunch is included.  Lunch Monday – Thursday must be packed. As always campers can pack additional snacks and lunch on Friday from home instead.
•Due to the number of campers that have food allergies, please know that we are a nut-aware camp.
• Sibling discount $15 for full day, $10 for half day. Must be registered for the same week.
Multiple discounts cannot be combined.
•Registrations once camp is in session starting June 30th will be subjected to a late registration fee of a 20% markup of the original price
Registration will be closed once we are at maximum capacity per week. Registration for each week will close the Thursday prior to at 12noon regardless of capacity for the following week.
• Payment plans available. Minimum of 3 weeks required for a payment plan. Balance due by July 1, 2025.
• We offer week to week registration as well as day to day registration
• Submit medical form with registration

What Do I Need To Bring

List of Items
  • Comfortable clothes, good sneakers and socks. Children wearing sandals won’t be able to participate in sports.
  • Your child’s bathing suit, and swim goggles (if they wish). We have towels here at Club Fit for our campers to use so no need packing towels.
  • If you think your child may need a change of clothing (just in case) please feel free to pack that in their bag.
  • Backback and Folder should be brought to camp every day  to hold your childs belongings
  • To try and limit our plastic footprint please pack a water bottle with your child’s name on it to use throughout the day.
  • Please do not pack toys from home
  • Campers may bring an iPod, cell phone or gaming device. These devices must remain in their bag unless a designated time for use.
  • Anything and everything that is coming to camp please make sure to clearly mark your child’s name on. We are not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen items.
  • Please remember to apply sunscreen prior to camp to your camper. Please pack a spray sunscreen for easy application during the day.
  • If you have to change weeks please contact us prior to June 1st
  • This year we will include morning snack daily and lunch on FRIDAYS (pizzeria Pizza).  2nd snack and lunch mon – thur must be packed.  There will be NO option to purchase afternoon snack.  As always campers can pack additional snacks and lunch on friday from home instead.

Sibling Discount:

•Full refunds offered by April 30th 2025 (refund needs to be requested in writing)
• NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 1st, 2025
•Medical refunds will be awarded with written notification by the treating physician.
• No refunds for individual days missed
•As long as space is available you can reallocate your weeks at anytime
•We have the right to dismiss a camper due to violent or behavioral issues at any time without refund.

Check-in Procedures:
Full day camp will check-in and be picked up at the large tent on the side of the pool.  Please be patient at drop off as check in may take a bit long-er this season while staying compliant with covid protocol. If checking in for early drop off from 8:00 am–9:00 am, or if you are picking up late at 4:15 pm–6:00 pm, please check in or pick up at the Energy Center. If there is inclement weather, this will take place in the main gymnasium.

Authorizations:
Only those persons authorized on your registration form will be allowed to pick up your child.  If you need to add or change authorized names, please notify your child’s counselor and the camp director in order to up-date the roster. You may also send in a signed note with your child.

Completed Health Form:
State law does not allow us to admit a child without a completed health form signed by a doctor as well as a copy of your child’s immunization record (a copy of the school’s record is sufficient). These forms must be submitted before June 1, 2023. Any registrations received after June 1st,the health form must accompany the registration form. Unfortunately, your child will not be allowed to attend camp if we do not receive these forms. If your child needs special assistance or requires any form of medication, please contact the camp director for necessary precautions. Any medication brought to summer camp must be in a plastic bag with your child’s name on it and a picture of your child enclosed in the bag.

TENNIS CAMP

Tennis Camp

Members receive a 20% discount over the daily rate when signing up for weekly or a 36% discount when signing up for the full 10-weeks.

Join us this summer for Club Fit Tennis Camp. Whether you choose daily, weekly or a full 10 weeks, this camp offers a comprehensive, solid foundation of tennis knowledge where your child will learn to respect the ideals of good sportsmanship. Emphasis is placed on stroke-production, techniques and strategies during match-play. All levels are welcome from the beginner to the advanced. Camp is run rain or shine in out air-conditioned indoor or outdoor courts. 

• Drop off in the morning at 9:00 am on the indoor courts.
Before Camp beginning at 8:00 $10 per day (+80 for private lesson during this time)
After Camp until 6:00pm if FREE TO MEMBERS | $10 per day for Non-Members.

PDH CAMP

PDH Basketball Camp

July 28th – August 29th

Camp Ages: 6-14 years old *Co-Ed. Groups will be split up by age
PDH Full Day Time:
9:00 am-3:00 pm
PDH Half Day Time: 9:00 am-12:00 pm

Skill work including but not limited to; dribbling, shooting, defense, rebounding, moves to the basket, and attacking the basket. Lots of Basketball IQ drills; learning to move and play off the ball and using screens properly. Competitive drills and live play daily!

Weeks Offered:

Week 1: July 28th – August 1st
Week 2: August 11th – 15th
Week 3: August 18th – 22nd
Week 4: August 18th – 22nd
Week 5: August 25th -29th

• PDHoops camp tshirt is included.
• Lunch and snacks should be packed from home. Fridays will include Pizzeria Pizza, but please remember a snack from home.
• Team registrations are encouraged!  Bring your tri county, cyo, rec, and club teams to camp with us to work together for your next season!

CIT PROGRAM

CIT Program

July 1st – August 16th

Ages: 13-16

The Club Fit CIT (counselor in training) Program is an opportunity to enjoy the camp atmosphere as tweens and teens in a supervised leadership community. Emphasis is placed upon developing leadership skills, sensitivity to children and program skills. There are only 8 CIT spots per week. Snacks and Lunch are included. Must register for full day, Minimun of 3 days in a week *CITS do not qualify for any additional discounts

Bumps, Bruises & Scratches

may happen throughout the course of the day. We will take care of our campers and get them back playing as soon as possible. Rather than disrupt you with every minor medical concer we will only contact you in the case of a more serious injury. With every injury we will fill out an accident report and will go over any incident with you at the end of the day and follow up with a parent/guardian signature.

***REMINDER: In order to attend Club Fit Jefferson Valley full day camp we need a signed camp waiver, a signed swim waiver and a copy of your child’s immunization records. If we do not have all 3 at drop off you will not be allowed to drop your child off at camp and you will not be reimbursed for the day.
