• Please do not bring toys from home to the After School Program.
• Club Fit is not responsible for internet content accessed by a child. Families should enable parental controls before arrival.
• Siblings will be grouped together when appropriate.
• We are a nut-aware program.
• Immunization records dated within the past 12 months must be provided.

Each child receives two key tags. One tag stays securely clipped to the child's backpack and the second stays with the parent or guardian.

• The child's tag is scanned at check-in each day.
• The parent or guardian tag is scanned at pickup to check the child out.
• Parent identification is required during the first week of school.
• Alternate pickup authorization should be emailed to jordyn.coitino@clubfit.com .

Participants are allowed three hours of after care. All buses arrive by approximately 4:00 PM, so children must be picked up no later than 7:00 PM.

For scheduled Ossining half-days, Club Fit may offer a separate half-day program at an additional cost. Registration is required.

For emergency or unplanned early dismissals, including weather-related dismissals, families generally have one hour from the bus arrival time at Club Fit to pick up their child.

Energy Center staff do not escort children to activities outside of the Energy Center.

Parents and guardians are responsible for signing their child out and bringing them to outside activities, or arranging pickup directly with the applicable coach.

For swim lessons, a parent or guardian must sign the child out of the Energy Center and escort them to the Aquatics Center.

Please pack your child an extra snack to eat when they arrive at Club Fit after school. If a snack is not brought from home, one will not be provided.

Please avoid snacks containing peanuts or other nuts due to allergies.

If your child will not be attending the After School Program on a scheduled day, please email Jordyn at jordyn.coitino@clubfit.com .

Minor bumps, bruises and scratches may happen during active play. Staff will care for minor concerns and will contact families in the event of a more serious injury.

Please alert staff to any allergies or medications your child may need while at Club Fit.

If allergy medication needs to be administered, families must provide a doctor's note with dosage and timing instructions. Medication should be handed directly to the program director by a parent or guardian.

• 1-hour school delay: Club Fit opens at 7:00 AM.
• 2-hour school delay: Club Fit opens at 8:00 AM.
• 3-hour school delay: Club Fit opens at 9:00 AM.

If schools are delayed and later closed, children who have already been dropped off must be picked up within three hours of the time Club Fit opened that day.

The After School Program is billed separately from membership dues.

Cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received within three business days of the 22nd of the month to avoid renewal for the following month. Requests received after the deadline will cancel at the end of the following month.

Participation requires a Club Fit membership. Sibling discounts are applied to Club Fit membership dues where applicable.
