CFX – Donna Berta

CFX is our exclusive Free-to-Member functional fitness class. This small group class rotates through four workout models over a 10-week period to concurrently improve all functional abilities, including flexibility, core stabilization, balance, strength, power, and cardio-respiratory endurance. This is an intermediate to advanced class.

PULSE – Luke Kordys

HIITROW Pulse is the base level of HIITROW, with a mix of cardio and strength training and some flexibility work. This 45-minute, total-body, stations-based class is designed for all performance levels to start finding their limits. Must be ages 16+ to take this class.

4 exercises in 4 minutes! Rounds consist of 1 minute each. Cardio, lower body, upper body and core. Plyometrics, dumbbells and body weight exercises will be utilized throughout.

IRON LAB

No intervals of lift then check your phone here, leave the phone and focus!  IRON LAB is a strength-focused group workout built to push power, precision and performance. You’ll rotate through lifts and compound movements that challenge muscular endurance and mental grit. Each session uses strength tools and methods such as sled work, velocity-based circuits, and reactive plyometrics.  Expect innovative formats. Perfect to achieve personal growth in strength and power. This is strength training, redefined. But the real power of this class lies in the group: connect with like-minded individuals who will cheer you on every step of the way.  Based on participants abilities/ level of understanding and execution.  Class can vary in progression and focus, to include standing work as well as mat-work in varied positions.  Emphasis is to bring a more in depth understanding and more challenging execution/progression of Pilates exercises/concepts. Equipment: Varies: Pilates Rings, small/large balls, weights, light dumbbells, resistance bands

Kettlebell and Core – Donna Berta

Kettlebells help you burn calories and build strength in your upper and lower body as well as your core. Because the kettlebell has an off-set center of gravity, it is harder to control than a dumbbell. During this 45 minute class, you will active multiple muscle groups simultaneously while improving strength, power, balance core stability and respiratory activity. This is an intermediate to advanced class.
