SURGE – Martin Iannazzo
Level 2 for HIITROW, is a functional training and cardio dominant 45 minute, full body workout. Longer stations and shorter breaks will allow members to elevate their heart rate and leave class feeling the Surge. Must be ages 16+ to take this class.
Performance Cycle – Ron Brown
Power up – Improve fitness and achieve goals with science-based technology, tracking metrics – heart rate, RPM’s, distance and watts.
Body Pump – Ann Palmadesso
Les Mills BODYPUMP is “The original barbell class.” Targets major muscle groups and increases muscular strength and endurance. Learn the form, technique, and mechanics of BODYPUMP!
IRON LAB
No intervals of lift then check your phone here, leave the phone and focus! IRON LAB is a strength-focused group workout built to push power, precision and performance. You’ll rotate through lifts and compound movements that challenge muscular endurance and mental grit. Each session uses strength tools and methods such as sled work, velocity-based circuits, and reactive plyometrics. Expect innovative formats. Perfect to achieve personal growth in strength and power. TRX – Ryan Sokol
Looking to spice up a tired old workout? Think TRX Suspension! Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, improves balance, flexibility and core stability for members of all fitness levels. TRX performance training leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.

Exercise is important for everyone, but as we age, it becomes more important for fall prevention, disease prevention, cognitive function and mental health.
4×4 – Annie Calandrucci
4 exercises in 4 minutes! Rounds consist of 1 minute each. Cardio, lower body, upper body and core. Plyometrics, dumbbells and body weight exercises will be utilized throughout.
Ab Blast – Ryan Sokol
This 15-minute core workout will help you build a stronger core. Strong core helps maintain good posture and prevent lower back pain.
Cardio Max H2O – Carol Migliorelli
Max H2O is a challenging cardio workout enhanced with high-intensity intervals utilizing various aquatic equipment such as paddles, dense noodles, weights, kick boards, and/or bands. Burn calories, tone muscles and increase strength in a joint-friendly environment.
Pilates Mat – Leslie Kesselman
A classic Joseph Pilates Mat based class. Different props may be used to support physical limitations.
Summer Camp
Our campers build friendships while engaging in a multitude of sports and activities. The camp schedule includes outside play, gaga, four square, kickball, basketball, arts and crafts, capture the flag, tennis, soccer, and play in our energy center game room. Daily swim is offered to everyone. Throughout the summer we may have a variety of specialty days that include: a talent show, color wars, wet and wacky water days, Bubble Bus, etc.. Check out our calendar for our theme days that will include days such as: Halloween theme, Hawaiian days, jersey day and more.
