Level 2 for HIITROW, is a functional training and cardio dominant 45 minute, full body workout. Longer stations and shorter breaks will allow members to elevate their heart rate and leave class feeling the Surge. Must be ages 16+ to take this class.

IRON LAB

No intervals of lift then check your phone here, leave the phone and focus!  IRON LAB is a strength-focused group workout built to push power, precision and performance. You’ll rotate through lifts and compound movements that challenge muscular endurance and mental grit. Each session uses strength tools and methods such as sled work, velocity-based circuits, and reactive plyometrics.  Expect innovative formats. Perfect to achieve personal growth in strength and power. This is strength training, redefined. Max H2O is a challenging cardio workout enhanced with high-intensity intervals utilizing various aquatic equipment such as paddles, dense noodles, weights, kick boards, and/or bands. Burn calories, tone muscles and increase strength in a joint-friendly environment.

Summer Camp

Our campers build friendships while engaging in a multitude of sports and activities. The camp schedule includes outside play, gaga, four square, kickball, basketball, arts and crafts, capture the flag, tennis, soccer, and play in our energy center game room. Daily swim is offered to everyone. Throughout the summer we may have a variety of specialty days that include: a talent show, color wars, wet and wacky water days, Bubble Bus, etc.. Check out our calendar for our theme days that will include days such as: Halloween theme, Hawaiian days, jersey day and more.
