EDGE ($) – Jennifer Carroll
At 55 mins of functional movement, core, and cardio; it is the pinnacle of what HIITROW is about. It is a paid class maxing out at 15 people designed to challenge members to push themselves hit goals they thought were only pipe dreams. Must be ages 16+ to take this class.
MELT – Doreen Engelsher
Myofacial Energetic Lengthening Technique (MELT) This class includes all the basic MELT techniques including the hand/foot techniques with the specially designed MELT balls and MELT roller for other body work. You’ll learn how to bring your body back to a more ideal alignment and hydrate the connective tissue which will calm your nervous system and allow your body to function more efficiently to prevent injury, ease chronic pain, and to live a healthy active life.
