QuickStart 10 & Under

This program is designed for our youngest players to learn and develop the fundamentals needed in order to build a strong foundation. Players will have fun and achieve early success. Our curriculum includes basic coordination such as tracking the ball, movement, stroke development and basic tactics. Students will progress through the program while developing a love for the game!

Adv. Beginner - Low Intermediate

This program is designed for players between the ages of 9-14 who will learn and develop the fundamentals needed in order to build a strong foundation. Students have fun while learning and achieving early success. This includes basic coordination skills, movement patterns, stroke development, basic point play strategy and mental toughness.

Intermediate

In this program, players will be prepared to play high school tennis and USTA sanctioned tournaments. It is a more intense program that focuses on developing strong match play habits and mental toughness. Players will develop the technical, mental and physical skills necessary for competition. All players must participate in our Friday night match play practice at least once per month.

Junior Ladder

Our Junior Ladder Match Play is set in a very fun and social atmosphere, promoting friendly competition in a supervised environment. By participating in the ladder, the junior players will get the chance to have fun, practice and socialize. Pizza will be served to all participants. Come on and join the fun!

This High-Performance program is designed for young tennis players preparing to tryout and play for their high school teams. The program is run with high intensity and focuses on developing strong match play habits and mental toughness on and off the court. Players will develop the technical, mental and physical skills necessary to excel in competition and will be ready for tryouts and competing against higher level players on their high school teams.

Academy 1.0–Hour

It is a high-intensity program that focuses on developing strong match habits. Players will work on and develop the mental, physical, technical and strategic skills necessary to compete. Players are expected to attend our Sunday Tournament Training sessions and compete in at least one USTA sanctioned tournament per month.

UTR High-Performance

Our High-Performance program is designed specifically for older junior players looking to compete in UTR tournaments and college tennis. It is a high-intensity program that focuses on solidifying strong match habits. Players will improve the mental, physical, technical and strategic skills necessary to compete at the highest levels. Players are expected to attend our Sunday Tournament Training sessions and compete in at least one UTR or another sanctioned tournament per month.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

Lessons are available for 30-minute, 45-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute lengths of time. Lesson days and times are booked through the individual Tennis Professional.

Summer Tennis camp!

Join us this summer for Club Fit Tennis Camp. Whether you choose daily, weekly, or a full 10-weeks, we train our players to develop a solid foundation and become well rounded players and athletes. We focus on all stroke-produciton, footwork, movement, tactics, and strategies for match-play. All levels are welcome from beginner to the advanced. Camp runs on the weekdays, rain or shinte, in our air-conditioned indoor or outdoor courts.
