Jefferson Valley
Our gymnasium is fun for kids and adults! Members of all ages have access to a wide variety of Sports programming, from instructional classes to drop-in sessions.
For kids, we have lots of different sports programs available, from free play to sport specific youth development programs. Adults can drop in for free pick-up basketball, racquetball, or pickleball.
For members, there is no need to register. Just stop by, play and have fun. Leagues and tournaments also happen for kids of all ages. If you would like to get a little one-on-one training in a specific sport, we have a staff of coaches ready to help you advance your game to the next level!
Pickleball
Interested in learning or playing the game of Pickleball? Well we have plenty of options for you!
Racquetball
Our three racquetball courts accommodate fun and competitive play. There is no charge for Racquetball court reservations.
Open Play Basketball
Interested in playing Basketball? We have Co-ed Pick-up Basketball Games for Adults.
Player Development Hoops
New to Jefferson Valley!
Player Development Hoops (PDH) focuses on developing and empowering young athletes both on and off the court. We are focused to not only make our young athletes better basketball players but to help them grow overall as young adults.
Intro to Sports
This program for ages 3–5 features a variety of sports, including Lacrosse, T-ball, Soccer, Basketball and Floor Hockey. Suitable for ALL skill levels.
A minimum of 5 participants required to run the class.

This co-ed program is designed to focus on developing basketball skills as well as sport specific conditioning. Learn basketball the fun and right way!

This program for ages 8–11. Children will learn all facets of the game including: 1/4 swing, 1/2 swing, 3/4 swing, full swing, how to putt, chip and pitch.

Baseball skills taught through drills and simulated games. Hitting, throwing, fielding and other concepts will be covered in a fun way children will understand.
