Join Carly for a nurturing, relaxed yoga class designed for parents and their little ones! Enjoy postpartum-friendly movement, playful stretches, sensory activities, and special bonding time with your baby.
Connect with other local families in a welcoming, pressure-free environment where babies are free to feed, wiggle, cry, and nap!
