I have been in and around training and weight rooms since I was about five years old, and it has been part of my life ever since. I’ve been working in this capacity for almost two decades and it’s still fun and exciting to work with athletes trying to reach new goals. Every day, I see athletes that bring new challenges to work through and it motivates me to continue to improve myself as an athlete and trainer. I have worked with every level of athletes from youth athletes to Division I National Champions to adults looking to hold on to their childhood a little longer (the category I am firmly planted in). The one constant is, as long as the effort is there from both sides, eventually we will have success together.

Greg’s Training Philosophy:
The most important lessons I have learned about life, and about myself, have come when I was drenched in sweat and gasping for air. Whether you are a child or an adult, a Coach can have a profound and positive impact on your life. I want every individual I work with to believe they are a better person and athlete due tp physical challenges they have overcome in their training sessions.
