This program focuses on building the strength, stability, and endurance necessary for skiing, emphasizing the key physical attributes needed for performance on the slopes. Each week progresses in intensity and complexity to help participants build up their conditioning over the 6 weeks.
For ages 18+ | Member $180 | Non-member: $300
Two Sessions: Wednesdays at 6pm OR Friday at 9:30am
6- week session begins:
Wednesday October 15th – November 19th OR Friday October 17th- November 21st
Takes place on the functional fitness turf
