Vinyasa Yoga – Brigid Murray

A dynamic series of postures the focus on alignment, posture, and flexibility. Build strength and endurance as you move through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and work.  All levels are welcome and modifications are offered.
