Vinyasa Yoga Level 2/3

A mixed-style advanced yoga class with a special focus on alignment cues. This class encourages the practitioner to explore both modifications and amplifications of asanas as a means to deepen body awareness, as well as build strength and flexibility.  Inversions, binds and arm balances will be offered. This class is meant for you if you love a challenge and enjoy the unexpected!  Members require experience with yoga before participating in this class.
