Today marks a significant moment in our journey. Bill Beck, the longtime owner and operator of Club Fit, has made the heartfelt decision to sell both Club Fit Briarcliff and Club Fit Jefferson Valley to the Pinebrook Group. This transition, while bittersweet, is filled with optimism and pride. The Pinebrook Group shares our core values and is deeply committed to preserving the legacy that has made Club Fit so special to so many.

Reflecting on this moment, Bill shared,

“It has been my honor to serve this community and watch it thrive. I’m incredibly grateful for your loyalty and trust over the years—your passion for wellness and commitment to each other is what makes Club Fit such a vibrant, inspiring place. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey.”

The Pinebrook Group brings with them a strong track record of community-centered leadership, having successfully grown and enhanced The Thoreau Club in Massachusetts and All Sport Health & Fitness in Fishkill, NY. Their approach focuses on thoughtful service, member engagement, and continuous improvement—all values that align seamlessly with Club Fit’s mission.

“We are honored to carry forward Club Fit’s outstanding legacy. Our plans include capital improvements and enhancements across both clubs, and while change is on the horizon, the name, services, and spirit of Club Fit will remain the same. There are no plans to raise rates or alter services, and our teams remain in place to ensure a seamless transition.”
