Through darkness there is Light and wisdom. Like the resistance and force put upon your muscles, the resistance and force put upon your life is where growth occurs. Physical strength can only get you so far. Mental strength is the separator… in athletics and in life.

In my life, amid darkness and now in Light, I have learned a lot about the mind, body and spirit. Yet, with all that I’ve learned, there is still SO much more to discover. The pursuit of knowledge and wisdom in the form of “driven contentment” is exciting to me.

Exercise is one of my favorite analogies of life. Like growth in life, growth in the gym will get uncomfortable at times. Anything worth fighting for has its challenges. There are peaks and valleys. But the rewards are far greater than the pain, if you’re able to endure and not give up.

I am eager to share with you what I’ve learned and help you break barriers… mentally, physically and spiritually. 3 in 1 is where the power is.
