Movement & Meditation $$ – Lucia Rich
Movement & Meditation offers a gentle blend of somatic yoga, intuitive movement and mindfulness practice for a deeply restorative, full body reset. We’ll begin with slow yoga/movement sequences – fluid, spacious and unhurried – allowing the body to soften, ease tension and awaken presence before transitioning into a guided movement meditation. We’ll end with a 30 minute yoga nidra session to release the old and welcome the new, leaving you feeling deeply rested, refreshed and grounded.
