Pilates with Props (Intermediate) – Liz Mallon
Based on participants abilities/ level of understanding and execution. Class can vary in progression and focus, to include standing work as well as mat-work in varied positions. Emphasis is to bring a more in depth understanding and more challenging execution/progression of Pilates exercises/concepts.
Equipment: Varies: Pilates Rings, small/large balls, weights, light dumbbells, resistance bands
