Tai Chi – John O’Connor**new class

Tai Chi/Qi Gong – come, explore and enjoy the movement art for body, mind and spirit.  A perfect, beautiful system that trains all three major balance components with a soaring spirit!  This form is ‘Sun’ style, the youngest of the five family styles. Sometimes it is called the “combination style.  You will learn 6 basic and 12 advanced moves performed with music providing tempo to guide your smooth continuous movements. Join us and experience a soaring spirit of health and heightened state of life energy!
